Site Deployment
Positioning
The mobile sludge dewatering system comes in a containerized or skid-mounted configuration. It is placed on a prepared site with enough space for operation, inspection, maintenance, and relocation.
Site Connections

The assembled rotating components are dynamically balanced using high-precision balancing equipment, with G2.5 balancing applied to applicable centrifuge configurations.
Final Assembly
The rotating assembly, drive system, electrical components, control cabinet, and supporting structure are integrated into the completed centrifuge.

Key machined components are checked for critical dimensions and fit before assembly.
Assembly Inspection
Bearing installation, rotating-component alignment, fastening, and overall assembly condition are checked after mechanical assembly.
Dynamic Balancing Test
The bowl and screw rotating assembly is dynamically balanced, with G2.5 applied to applicable centrifuge configurations to control residual imbalance.
Running Test
The completed centrifuge is run under operating conditions to check rotation, vibration, and overall operating condition before shipment.
24-Hour Full-Load Test
Applicable centrifuge configurations undergo a 24-hour full-load trial before shipment to verify continuous operation under full-load conditions.
Final Inspection
The completed equipment undergoes final inspection after testing, including the mechanical assembly, electrical system, operating condition, and required shipment documents.
