The Oil Sludge Centrifuge is a three-phase decanter centrifuge for continuous separation of oil, water and solids. It serves oilfield operators, refineries, oil storage facilities, wastewater treatment plants and environmental engineering companies handling oily sludge.

How Are Oil, Water and Solids Separated?
The centrifuge continuously separates the feed into three phases inside the rotating bowl.
Oil Phase
The lighter oil phase is discharged through the oil outlet for oil recovery, reuse or further treatment.
Water Phase
The separated water phase is discharged through the water outlet for downstream wastewater treatment.
Solid Phase
Sand, rust, scale, mineral particles and other separated solids are conveyed by the scroll to the solids outlet for collection, disposal or further processing.
