To withstand extreme wear, all critical contact zones-including the feed inlet, solids discharge ports, and the entire pushing face of the screw flights-are reinforced with tungsten carbide alloy tiles or wear-resistant ceramic bushings.

This advanced technology allows the bowl and the screw conveyor to adjust speeds independently and dynamically, enabling the equipment to adapt precisely to real-time changes in feed concentration and viscosity.
Through a high-precision gearbox (differential), the machine maintains constant torque and a stable differential speed, ensuring optimal cake dryness even as mud properties vary. The system is managed via a user-friendly color LCD touchscreen for intuitive operation, allowing field personnel to master adjustments quickly. Additionally, the equipment can be integrated into a central DCS (Distributed Control System) via MODBUS protocol for remote monitoring and operation in hazardous or remote locations. This not only enhances operational safety-particularly in dangerous oilfield zones- also enables centralized management and data analysis for multiple units, providing powerful support for production optimization.
