As the slurry enters the rotating solid bowl, centrifugal forces-thousands of times greater than gravity-instantly push the denser solid particles against the bowl's inner wall. This process is exceptionally effective for materials with particle sizes ranging from 0.002mm to 3mm. By eliminating the need for filter media or screens, the machine avoids the common issues of blinding and clogging, making it the superior choice for handling slimy, abrasive, or compressible solids.
