Solid Bowl Centrifuge

The Solid Bowl Centrifuge is a horizontal decanter centrifuge for continuous solid-liquid separation of fine particles and concentrated slurries. It is used where the process requires continuous solids discharge without filter screens or filter media.

Fine Process Solids: Fine suspended solids, mineral fines, and other small solid particles require a solid bowl configuration for continuous separation without filter screens or filter media.

High-Solids Slurries: Mining slurries, industrial slurries, and concentrated wastewater sludge require continuous solids conveying through the screw conveyor and differential gearbox under high solids loading.

Oily or Sticky Solids: Oily sludge, oilfield solids, and sticky industrial materials require a dedicated screw conveyor structure for continuous conveying and solids discharge.

Abrasive Solids: Mining tailings, mineral particles, drilling solids, and sand-containing slurries require tungsten carbide tiles or ceramic sleeves on high-wear components.

Corrosive Process Streams: Chemical slurries, pharmaceutical process streams, acidic or alkaline wastewater, and chloride-containing liquids require 304, 316L, or Duplex Stainless Steel construction for wetted components.

The machine combines the main rotating, conveying, drive, control, and wear-protection systems in one continuous separation unit.

Solid Bowl: Stainless steel rotating bowl in 304, 316L, or Duplex construction.

Screw Conveyor: Continuous solids conveying with a structure for oily and sticky materials.

Differential Gearbox: Controls the speed difference between the bowl and screw.

Dual-Frequency Drive: Stepless adjustment of bowl speed and differential speed.

Wear Protection: Tungsten carbide tiles or ceramic sleeves for abrasive materials.

Control System: Color LCD touch screen with MODBUS communication for plant control integration.

Standard models: 4–6 weeks. Custom units with special materials: 8–12 weeks. Shipping time is excluded.

The standard supply includes the centrifuge, standard accessories, tools, manuals, inspection reports, and certificates. Additional items are quoted separately.

5. What spare parts should be purchased with the machine?
We recommend essential wear and maintenance parts. The spare-parts list is customized to your machine and application.

Please provide the machine model, serial number, and component details. We keep equipment records for easy re-ordering.

7. What is the warranty period?
A 12-month limited warranty applies from on-site commissioning acceptance. Wear parts are excluded.

8. What if there is a quality problem?

9. What happens after the warranty expires?
We provide lifelong technical support and spare-parts supply. Service and parts are quoted separately.
