Sludge Centrifuge Dewatering

The Yuanrong Sludge Centrifuge Dewatering Machine is a decanter centrifuge for wastewater treatment plants, industrial manufacturers, oilfield operators, and sludge treatment contractors. It continuously separates water from sludge and discharges dewatered solids, reducing sludge volume for transport, disposal, or further treatment.

Municipal Sewage Sludge
Removes water from biological sewage sludge to produce drier cake, reducing sludge volume for transport, disposal, or further treatment.

Industrial Sludge
Dewaters chemical, food, textile, and other process sludge, reducing water content and wet-sludge volume for easier handling and disposal.

Oily Sludge
Separates water from high-oil-content sludge with continuous solids discharge. The patented screw structure reduces material slippage and blockage in sticky oily sludge.

Key Capabilities

Independent Bowl and Differential Speed Control
A common DC bus dual-inverter system adjusts bowl speed and differential speed separately, allowing operators to control separation conditions and solids conveying.

 

Continuous Solids Discharge
The screw conveyor continuously transports separated solids out of the bowl, avoiding batch unloading and supporting continuous sludge treatment.

 

Wear Protection for Abrasive Solids
Tungsten carbide tiles or ceramic bushings are used on screw flights and discharge ports exposed to abrasive solids such as sand and grit, reducing wear on critical components.

 

A color LCD touchscreen provides manual and automatic operating modes. Bowl speed and differential speed are independently adjustable through the drive system.

MODBUS communication supports connection with a central DCS for plant-level monitoring and control.

Provide sludge type, feed flow, total solids (TS), oil content if applicable, required capacity, target cake condition, power supply, and automation requirements.

2. Is sludge testing required before ordering?
For projects with defined cake dryness, solids recovery, or capacity targets, representative sludge testing is recommended before final selection.

3. Can the centrifuge be integrated into an existing treatment line?
Yes. MODBUS communication supports DCS integration. Mechanical, electrical, and control interfaces are confirmed during project engineering.

4. Can the centrifuge replace an existing dewatering machine?
Yes. The existing feed system, sludge characteristics, installation space, power supply, conditioning system, and cake discharge must be reviewed before replacement.

5. What documents are supplied for export orders?
The shipment includes operating instructions, inspection documents, product certification, accessories, tools, and packing or delivery documents.

6. How is the centrifuge tested before shipment?
Each centrifuge undergoes a 24-hour full-load factory test. The rotating assembly is dynamically balanced to G2.5 grade.

7. What spare parts should be ordered?
Recommended spare parts focus on wear components such as screw flights and discharge parts, with quantities determined by the sludge characteristics and operating hours.

8. What commissioning and training are provided?
On-site commissioning covers operation, routine maintenance, and troubleshooting. Operators receive practical training during commissioning.

9. What warranty and after-sales service are provided?
The warranty is one year from commissioning qualification. Lifelong service is provided after the warranty period; on-site travel and replacement parts are charged at actual cost.
