The main technical parameters of three-phase horizontal decanter centrifuges include model series, drum size, speed, processing capacity, and drive power, providing a reference for users to select the right model. Common models include the LWS series, such as LWS-350, LWS-450, LWS-530, and LWS-630, with drum diameters ranging from θ350mm to θ630mm. The ratio of effective drum diameter to working length can reach 1:4.

Drum speeds are wide-ranging, typically between 3000-4300 R/min. The maximum separation factor can reach over 3000, with some models reaching 3676. Mixed liquor processing capacity varies from 3-20 m³/h to 18-80 m³/h depending on the model. The differential speed adjustment range is generally 5-35 R/min. Main motor power ranges from 15kW to 75kW, and auxiliary motor power ranges from 7.5kW to 37kW.

The equipment complies with standards including GB19815-2005 and JB/T502-2004. Regarding material adaptability, the permissible material temperature is generally required to be ≤90°C. Separation efficiency is affected by factors such as the solid-liquid-liquid specific gravity difference (generally required to be ≥0.05 g/cm³), solid particle size, and liquid viscosity. For materials with low viscosity, the separable solid particle size range is approximately 0.002-3 mm.

The above parameters are typical ranges. Specific parameters for certain models may vary depending on the manufacturer, configuration, and characteristics of the materials being processed. Actual selection must be determined based on process requirements.
