Choosing the right horizontal decanter centrifuge can not only solve production problems and improve work efficiency, but also save production costs and reduce business risks. The main factors influencing selection are as follows:

1. Centrifuge speed: Generally, horizontal decanter centrifuges should operate at speeds above 3000 rpm. Higher speeds result in a higher separation factor and better separation effect.

2. Centrifuge material: Different materials have different wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and other physicochemical properties. Foreign horizontal decanter centrifuges generally use at least 316L stainless steel or duplex stainless steel, and abrasive components must be made of ceramic composite materials.

3. Centrifuge differential speed control: Different differential speed controllers have varying control precision, lifespan, and maintenance costs. Higher differential speed precision results in better adaptability to materials; therefore, equipment with high differential speed precision should be selected.

4. Length-to-diameter ratio: The larger the length-to-diameter ratio of the horizontal decanter centrifuge, the greater its processing capacity and the lower the moisture content.

5. Control system: Whether it is automated programmable control. Domestic and international equipment manufacturers have basically achieved fully automated control of this equipment.

6. Installation power: This affects energy consumption control. Generally, domestic equipment has a higher energy efficiency ratio, while foreign equipment has a lower energy efficiency ratio.

7. Manufacturing process: Horizontal screw centrifuges are separation equipment requiring high-precision machining. Products manufactured by companies lacking precision machining capabilities have high maintenance rates and limited processing capacity.
