The electrical control system mostly uses conventional electrical control components, enabling automatic/manual operation, main equipment operation monitoring, fault alarms, and interlock protection for the main separation system, feeding system, flocculant dosing system, cleaning system, and sludge cake conveying system. This system can meet the control requirements of single units or complete sets of equipment.
The drum and screw rotate at a certain differential speed at high speed. Material enters the screw feed chamber through the feed pipe, accelerates through the distribution holes, and enters the drum. Under centrifugal force, the heavier solid phase deposits on the inner wall of the drum, forming a sludge layer. The screw pusher continuously pushes the deposited solids towards the conical end of the drum, through the drying zone, and out of the machine through the sludge discharge port. The lighter liquid phase forms an inner liquid ring, continuously overflowing from the large end overflow port of the drum and being discharged through the liquid outlet of the casing.
