1. The design and manufacture of the horizontal screw centrifuge comply with the standards stipulated in "JB/T502-2004 Screw Discharge Sedimentation Centrifuge" and "JB8525-1997 Centrifuge Safety Requirements".

High speed, high separation factor, and large length-to-diameter ratio. The separation speed is generally above 3000 r/min, and the separation factor is above 2500.

2. All parts of the horizontal screw centrifuge that come into contact with the material are made of high-quality, high-strength austenitic stainless steel or duplex steel, possessing sufficient strength and excellent corrosion resistance, and have undergone multiple stress-relieving treatments.

3. The drum body has a large length-to-diameter ratio and high speed, with various angled drum conical structures, available in single-cone and double-cone configurations.

4. The screw conveyor uses a special forming method, resulting in small pitch error and minimal blade deformation. The screw conveyor surface can be treated with special anti-wear measures, such as spray welding with hard alloy or inserting hard alloy wear-resistant plates, providing corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and a long service life.

5. Reliable differential system performance. This series of centrifuges generally uses planetary gear or cycloidal pinwheel differentials. A fully hydraulic differential system can be selected as needed. Mechanical differentials generally use well-known domestic brands, while hydraulic differential systems use imported brands. The differentials are manufactured with high precision, have good performance, and are reliable in operation.

6. The horizontal screw centrifuge with BD baffles deepens the liquid tank, allowing for the concentration and dewatering of primary sludge and residual activated sludge in various proportions, while also efficiently separating some difficult-to-separate materials.

7. Both the main and auxiliary motors are controlled by frequency converters to achieve stepless speed regulation, adapting to a wide range of materials and simplifying debugging.

8. Employing reasonable tolerance control and advanced processing technology, the entire machine undergoes precision dynamic balancing with dual rotors and uses imported SKF bearings. The vibration of the bearings at both ends of the machine is maintained within 2.5mm/s at the factory (national standard superior grade).
